阿胶是怎么做的?
阿胶是马科动物驴的皮去毛后熬制而成的,阿胶呈整齐的长方形块状,通常长约8.5厘米,宽约3.7厘米,厚约0.7或1.5厘米。表面棕黑色或乌黑色,平滑,有光泽。对光照视略透明。质坚脆易碎,断面棕黑色或乌黑色,平滑,有光泽。气微弱,味微甜。以色乌黑、光亮、透明、无腥臭气、经夏不软者为佳。
根据国家药典明确规定,阿胶只能采用驴皮熬制。其他动物毛皮熬胶功效各不相同,其中牛皮熬胶叫黄明胶,效果次之,而用马皮熬制的阿胶效果恰恰相反,孕妇一旦食用后,极有可能导致流产。
